Morse-Text Files

Morse-Text is a text based format that has ASCII characters that represents dots and dashes. The default characters are . and -. Character spaces are always represented by spaces. Word spaces are always represented by a new line. The Morse-Text format could be used in many ways, especially using automated processing. This plugin ignores any Morse-Spacing options since spacing is not relevant to this format.

Setting Description
Dot Char The character to output for the corresponding morse dots.
Dash Char The character to output for the corresponding morse dashes.
Show Progress The Show Progress setting makes WinMorse display a progress window during the conversion process. The progress window shows how far through the conversion WinMorse is, and allows you to cancel the conversion. If the Show Progress setting is off, no progress window will be displayed and you cannot cancel the conversion process. This option will slightly slow down the conversion process.
Open File After Conversion The Open File After Conversion setting makes WinMorse automatically open the output file after it has been created. The output file will be opened with the default program associated with the output file's file extension.
